Great experience over staff very friendly

No cons from my experience

Ahhh none. Well.. on second thought..maybe they can help save the dying metropolis once known as the great city of Detroit. However, they are actually involved in doing some of the IT work for gov related entities so... probably not !! due to the fact that VisionIT is plagued with multitude of delivery issues ! And not only with that account but with many of the commercial accounts as well like BCBS etc.

They tend to play the "diversity" owned card way too much.. In reality, potential clients don't really care. They want to work with companies that can deliver.This company clearly fails on that end. Recruiting and staffing Teams being managed by totally incompetent managers. Basically a mom and pop shop on steroids... Sales being led by someone who really has no sales or no business dev experience and just happens to be the sister of the owner and she's the president of the company !! What a laugh !!!
