My experience at VCM overall has been amazing. Super supportive staff, friendly and hardworking atmosphere as well as positive mindset throughout your work day. Very motivating team always encourages to learn new material and get educated on upcoming things.
Cons
You always have cons with any job no job is perfect, but in all reality our team always supports each other. There are close to no cons due to how reliable each and everyone are. The only con I would say is dealing with escalated homeowners. Depending on the situation customer services gets difficult with anywhere you go.

There are some really great people that work for the company. Sometimes free food.
Cons
There is blatant internal favoritism for specific departments/people from the higher ups, people can get away with not doing their jobs and not get reprimanded and then their work goes onto other departments/people that have very little knowledge of what they should be telling people. Once RealManage bought out the company everything started going downhill. They care more about the fake Google reviews than actually trying to do anything to fix the problems that are causing the bad reviews. They also don't bother learning what departments actually do so they add additional jobs onto their already busy plates.
