Nice place to work - Software Engineer VisiLean Employee Review

- A rare product based company that is focused on innovation. - Well established company running for a while. Job security. - Challenging work. I feel that I have genuinely learnt something and contributed to the product. - They keep expanding the product so there is an opportunity to learn something new compared to static product companies where you only maintain code. - When everyone is laying off, these guys are hiring! - Generally a positive work culture (except a few people who constantly blame other colleagues and management for their own shortcomings)

- Social scene could be better. I have my own friend circle so I am ok. But a small minority colleagues are ruining the work culture. - Due to it not being a corporate, they don't have policies for everything. But in last couple of years most policies have been put in place.

- Great experience for my first job. - For my field of digital construction, there is no better option in Gujarat (or even India). - This is a research led company and a lot of conceptual knowledge is given during the early days. That helped me improve my skills a lot. - I travel to some great projects and interact with national and international project teams. This exposure is mind blowing as it would take years for someone else to get it in my field. - Amazing work culture. I made some great friends while at work. The CS team is very helpful and supportive and led by a good manager.

- No major cons to report. - Some colleagues in other teams are very negative and constantly cribbing instead of doing their work. But I guess that is same everywhere.
