      None, except for the ability to pay your bills until you secure another job.

      Cons

      The higher management, when visiting their Toronto facility, a part of the VPG family, shows no interest in engaging with the workers, viewing them merely as numbers. A former director from the corporate management reportedly told the Kelk manager, “I don’t care if you whip them, as long as you produce numbers at the end of the year.”
