None really, great company to work at.

Their product line really is superior to all their competitors' products. My coworkers are terrific. The owner is a good person. This is potentially a great opportunity to break into sales.

There is a high turnover rate. In a small company that has expanded its product line to the point where they're not adding anything, it's crucial to retain staff to sell and market the products. They have the best product of its kind on the market, but they have essentially completed the line, and competitors are quickly catching up by imitating Viscot's innovations. This company specifically hires inexperienced staff so that they can train them as they see fit. That makes sense, but that means management should be doing everything possible to retain staff. Instead, people move on quickly because they fear losing their jobs for a variety of reasons. It's reasonable to be held to high standards, but the sales people are given little training in either the product or how to sell it, given a list of thousands of customers for "cold calling," and told they have to meet goals very early, or risk losing their jobs. Consequently, they hire new sales people every few months.
