The two ceos are great. They believed in the product they offer
Cons
- managers are tactless and don’t deserve their title. (95% of them are there because of nepotism ) mine had no ideas what a customer care is. Never worked as an agent - taxing hours, we worked all weekend long. They don’t respect the life of the employees - the pay is sh*t don’t know how else to say it.
