Pros

Easy to get into via mass-hire+fire policy. Work from home is pretty flexible

Cons

Terrible communication Mismanaged by executive level, constant growth + no oversight. Management will throw you under the bus, and leave you with angry customers You will not progress your career here. You will be paid the bottom of the barrel. They do not care what your skillset is, or where your strengths are. Company offices are all awful, cramped call centres. They are loud, uncomfortable, and poorly equipped.

Pros

Good WFH, at least until the "return to office" this year They don't care about what you're actually doing as long as your KPI's are fine Redundancy was somewhat generous with time

Cons

-KPI's -You will not get promoted here. In fact, you'll probably get laughed at for asking. -Extremely unstable management. There was 3-4 major restructures in my <3 years working there -Constantly obtaining new companies, clients, etc and will blindly attempt to amalgamate said companies into the structure. They've lost multiple customers over this -They will make you feel undervalued and invisible. You're a cog in their machine.

Pros

Grow your IT career from scratch. Great for IT newbies to learn everything at one place.

Cons

Salary never increases and HR cannot make the promises. Client means everything to the higher ups and employees must be afraid to be laid off once a year as the company tries to save money to buy more smaller MSPs to grow their market quicker this way.
