      Not a bad place to get started and into tech in Calgary.

      Cons

      - Low pay - No remote work flexibility. - micromanage and lack of trust - high turnover - TOXIC (especially CS) - people post fake positive Glassdoor reviews after a negative one is sent. - don’t care for development or their staff

      Pros

      Flexible schedule offers week and weekend schedules.

      Cons

      Low pay. Must invest almost ten unpaid hours on onboard proficiency assessments, group Zoom interview with other candidates, profile building, then 2+ hours orientation. Company doesn’t pay for any supplies needed to complete an assignment. Company demands that you not work another job when they’re assignments are inconsistent and pay is grossly low.
