      Lack of management skills Laid off workers without reason No project flow , process keep on repeat , lack of document to follow Company background : Gambling industry Cannot provide competitive salary No adjustment of salary Medical card will not be given to the staff who work less than one year No work from home Emergency leave count as no pay leave Late policy : One minute and staff need to pay $5 dollar OT hour use hour as unit to count

      Pros

      The company has a so big office, and the benefits are okay. The work hours are regular, and it's possible to leave on time every day without needing to work overtime. There are also some friendly colleagues in the company who can communicate and help each other.

      Cons

      The work here is not exciting, and the projects lack challenge. Many people do not have enough enthusiasm to really do things well, just meeting the minimum standards. The management team is also not transparent, making it difficult to know the company's strategic direction and future development plans.
