      Can't really think of anything.

      Cons

      Serious micro management, not really a game company but doing gambling running in offshore. Underpay salary. No respect to employee. Not really a friendly working environment and nothing useful to learn. Joined by mistake. Always worry about one day the police may knock the door like the JPEX. Not good for long run. Always feel unpeaceful and struggling.

      Pros

      The company has a so big office, and the benefits are okay. The work hours are regular, and it's possible to leave on time every day without needing to work overtime. There are also some friendly colleagues in the company who can communicate and help each other.

      Cons

      The work here is not exciting, and the projects lack challenge. Many people do not have enough enthusiasm to really do things well, just meeting the minimum standards. The management team is also not transparent, making it difficult to know the company's strategic direction and future development plans.
