There are many things that are wrong, and they are getting worse all the time. It's a place that doesn't offer much, and the salary is the least competitive in the world. At first, you think they give you a lot of flexibility and freedom, but in reality, they are constantly watching and controlling you. The managers don't even know the definition of productivity, and just to make it look like you're "working," they make you waste unnecessary time and resources because we have to "justify our salaries." The CEO has such a big ego that he never seeks advice when making decisions; his 16 years of experience and two master's degrees are enough justification for him to make decisions about things he knows nothing about. He then blames the recruiters for his financial losses. If you resign, he treats you like a traitor and doesn't invest in what truly matters. However, he spends enormous sums on art pieces that only he likes. Those higher up in the hierarchy have no idea which company they work for, and every bad decision is justified with "we were trying to do what's best for everyone," and the blame falls on a few individuals who have nothing to do with it. They have salespeople who don't work at all, and when they do sell something, it's all lies that later tarnish the company's reputation. But again, the egos of those running this place are so big that no bad decision is ever truly bad; it's just a minor "mistake." The managers don't accept ideas, and when they hear complaints, they ask for solutions that they never like. In the end, the blame falls on everyone except them, revealing their lack of experience in managing employees effectively.
