Thanks for your positive review. I'm glad you're having a good experience and appreciate the benefits we offer and environment we strive to create. I agree with the need to improve efficiency--I'm hoping AI and new tools can help us improve. Its a place we need to focus. We're making strides for sure, but we can always do better.

Thanks for your review. I'm sorry you didn't have a more positive experience, but glad you took away some positives. Not surprisingly, I'm not quite aligned with some of your negatives--but clearly you've made up your mind. Sufice to say, there are organizations--and people--who aspire to be rewarded with additional work based on their performance. I've been watching Wimbledon this week---players who win are rewarded with an even harder match the next round. Funny how that works. As for the lack additional comp, I'm surprised to read that--I've ok'd promotions and increases nearly every year that I've worked here. Our last year without salary increases was 2002. I hope you find success wherever you have landed.
