Pros
Creative freedom. Able to work with different technologies and define the stack as you go.
Cons
Startup with none of the startup benefits. Very corporate, office was always quiet, pay was mediocre, leaders were always locked up in their office. Also, employee turn over was insane. Company was only 3 developers. There were two previous developers before me and they both either left or got fired.
