      - Good clients - Very Competent fellow employees - Fairly competitive pay, free health plan - Good in-house systems - Little focus on "Billable Hours"

      - Poor feedback from management - Poor problem escalation procedures - Badly defined relationship between owners (there are 2) - Almost no opportunity for growth

      Pros

      Was a fun work environment; great people and management; company events such as picnics and happy hours. Good co-workers and overall good environment.

      Cons

      Documentation can be frustrating at times. Time Management can be hard at time with so much going on.
