Pay is not very good, managed poorly. Equipment is the worst of any shop. No yearly wage increase. Bills are not paid to get the materials needed to do your job. 401k is not a pay check match, it is a yearly thing and you may get “something” Every other year for wage increase. If your lucky to get 0.40 and try split that over 2 years and meet the cost of inflation. The company in my honest opinion going backwards and down a icy slope with ice skates on.
