      Pros

      Worked with the TNT lab part time, Very flexible with hours, other employees and graduate researchers friendly and understanding of my schedule. Work that matters, variety in tasks

      Cons

      Pay isn't much (I was 13/hr) but it's enough for some extra spending money. No real benefits I was made aware of.

      Pros

      The experience was great. The PI was amazing and kind and I learned a lot, definitely would do it again. It yielded great results for me such as publication. I recommend for medical school or graduate school.

      Cons

      Difficult to justify if you don’t plan to have a research career, graduate or professional school because the pay is lower than other positions available in Blacksburg.
