      Good folks doing good work. Professional standard and conduct.

      Cons

      Aviation is one of those things that you need to either commit to doing well or get out of the game. Training was vastly underfunded and the equipment, while well-maintained, was not adequate for the job.

      The paycheck is the only good part of the job

      Cons

      12 hour shift with no breaks , coworkers, management will always request you to cover shifts while letting your other coworkers take off work without coverage yet you have to make sure you have coverage before taking off. Some coworkers do not like to take calls. Also you aren’t appreciated for your work
