The people you get to work with are supportive, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable and friendly
Cons
Management doesn't know how to control finances, hired contractors who cost 2X as much and get work done 2X as slow compared to full time employees. No real positive outlook or career development, basically just "need to make sure Delta succeeds" so the company can actually make a step towards profitability once more.
