Pros

Great company benefits (Gym membership & access to Virgin Tribe to name a couple) Good, motivating company management. Made sure to always engage the clubs Gave great experience for my first job, and training was good and gave transferrable skills Commission scheme gave a great earning potential (over double my base salary, however, you do have to work for it! Not that that is a bad thing!) Extra day off for your birthday! Clubs are a great, young & fun environment. Felt like a work family.

Cons

Different hours each day made it difficult to have a routine (however just because this didn't work for me, doesn't mean it wouldn't for others) Don't get bank holidays off, but do get more holiday days to book off if available
