I'm glad you were able to utilise the complimentary buddy membership, as well as recognised our stance on internal promotions being such a big focus! It's a shame to hear you weren't paid correctly, we work really hard between our Payroll and club teams to ensure this is done properly, so I'm disappointed to hear we missed this with yourself.
