Pros
Can put in performance from your own creative thinking. Flexible timings allows you to work from home also. Supportive colleagues are an added advantage to work this company.
Cons
Since it is a small company often you might have to work in nights also. There is no excellent furniture in the office in now which will be taken care of soon I hope.
