The environment is super fast pace, and you are scrutinized for not doing a good job even if you only had one day to execute a project. The hours can be long and they expect you to carry out whatever last minute work you’re given. Sometimes it feels like you’re on the clock all the time, especially if you work in social media. Whole company is micromanaged to the smallest details. High turn over rates. They let go of employees too easily.
