      Pros

      Commission based earnings, therefore hard work really pays off. Flexible hours, as shifts are chosen on a weekly basis. Quick response from management, 24/7 on Facebook. Opportunity to work in multiple venues with other young and motivating girls.

      Cons

      Working with new teams every shift makes it hard to get to really know co-workers in big cities. On a quiet night in a venue, it is tough to make much money as there is no base wage. Different venues have preferences and can be difficult at times, as Violet Inc works as an external agency.

      Pros

      -Very helpful employees. You never feel overwhelmed with the task at hand with people always there to lend a hand. - Positive environment. Everyone is always in good spirits.

      Cons

      -The only con I can think of is during winter season where it gets really busy. But with great people working together, we're able to get things done.
