      1.Good Environment 2.Really Skilled people we get to learn more 3. No delay in salary

      1. one of the worst management 2. salary hike is worst, less hike even if toy work hard. The guys who get more hike is who are close to management. 3. Everyone fighting for TL post. No one cares about employees. 4.No projects i still don't know how the company is working.

      Pros

      Starting a career is the most important one in a person's life. - One must choose the right way to start their career as choosing the first job will choose the way of their life and I had chosen the right one. - Vinformax is a good leading IT company, at start they give training in both soft skill & technical skill training for freshers. By the way they tune a teenage man to adopt to the corporate life. - The training sessions is much better and the seniors in the office is also good as they mingle with us and treat us like their friends. - The work environment is good & we want to develop ourselves, if done the growth will be enormous. -----Ignition is made & we are responsible to glow------
