Pros
The only pros are the relationships built with fellow staff and working with the residents.
Cons
I wouldn't have the time in a day to explain the cons of this place, but I'll try (in list format, for brevity). 1. Communication? Never heard of her. 2. Upper management and HR (no fault to HR, they are literally there to protect middle and upper-management, so kudos to them) protect managers who continually cause problems with both employees and resident family members alike. 3. Hypocracy- lower level employees will get fired for doing something once that a middle to upper-management employee will get away with for years, albeit to the detriment of thier department. 4. The place is literally run like what I would imagine a high-school clique would deem acceptable practices lots of gossip, gossip, and more (you guessed it) gossip! I have never worked somewhere as toxic as this place. I would enter and exit the building with a veil of anxiety over my shoulders. The behavior and unprofessional attitude of the activities dept. head was absolutely abhorrent. I do not wish this boss upon anyone. Do yourself a favor and hit the skip button on this one.
