Pros
Good benefits that are in-line with current trends. Company pays for short term disability insurance which now covers 100% of your salary. This includes maternity leave, as well. Insurance reimburses you for gym membership.
Cons
Lack of leadership, corporate culture, and too many egos. As the saying goes, "too many chiefs, not enough indians." This is true of Vince. There's too many VPs of this, senior VPs of that, senior directors of etc. etc., but they're all useless. Nothing but fancy titles and empty promises. It's a giant revolving door here and the company can't seem to keep it's employees employed because everyone either leaves after a few months, or they're forced out by someone with a fancier title and bigger ego. The company is hemorrhaging money left and right. They brought back the original founders as "consultants" and paid them both beaucoup bucks. They left halfway through their consulting contract. Can you guess why? TOO MANY EGOS. The company's stocks are worth less than a cup of coffee at Starbucks now. Sad to see what was once a great company with a great corporate culture turn into the state of disarray as it is now.
