Stressful - Anonymous employee Vim Solutions Employee Review

I'm an entrepreneur at heart. Having said that I've always wanted to work for a company that is designed to help young entrepreneurs achieve their long term goal in a short window. Vim Solutions has provided exactly that! The opportunity presented at this job is designed to bring you success through sales in a faster manner as where any other sales job would've done it ten times longer. The environment is amazing and coworkers are like family and not coworkers. The level of energy daily in the office is what most companies lack. And with the right amount of energy, dedication, and hard work Vim Solutions provides you with great results!

Poor work ethic = poor results

When I began working for Vim, I honestly didn't know what to think. Coming from a writing/communications background, I didn't know if this type of work environment would be the best fit for me. My mother had two requirements when it came to me getting a job fresh out of college. I had to find a job that 1. allowed me to be to pay my bills 2. to work with a bunch of really fun people. Im not going to lie, this job is not easy by any means. You have to have a positive mindset and be driven to excel in this business. There were times where I wanted to give up, but I'm sure glad I didn't. I have never worked with such amazing people, and could see myself working for this company for a long time.

There are always pros and cons for every business. Sometimes this business can be a little harsh, and that is why you always have to keep a positive mindset. If you work hard, you will do well. If you're looking for a position that requires little to no effort, this will not be the job for you.
