In the last six months, a third of the staff have left. Either the managing partner, Viking Masek in Sheboygan, has termed employees without cause or warning, or people have left because they’re in fear of the guillotine culture and because no new work is coming in and there are constant rumors of layoffs.
Upper management is incapable of managing a project out the door, so frequent reworks and inefficiencies cause huge delays. This all creates a very tense and stressful culture. Huge problems here and it just seems the upper management group is determined to run the company into the ground. Some very talented folks come from here, but the environment is just too much to stay.
