They pay enough to support a person. Not the family.
Cons
Human(management) resources blames everything on customers appearance. "We don't want to work you overtime or walmart will fine us for running a sweatshop".
Management is hard to find and when you go down the chain of command to ask a question, management will say, "they weren't management, it wasn't their call."
