Good place to work, coworkers are great.

Sometimes work gets boring and repetitive.

Great culture. Pretty clear that management cares a lot about giving back to their employees and making sure they have the resources they need to succeed.

Nothing too specific yet but they do hold you accountable to what you told them you could do in the interview process. Lots of accountability!
