Not a lot got done (despite many meetings), and I think that's because C-level struggled with goals, vision, strategy, and didn't really like to give autonomy to employees to make decisions. We always needed a million meetings to go over everything. Sometimes saw people getting yelled at in team meetings. Sometimes heard about this happening privately. Major priorities shifted quickly without much thought. Nothing significant seemed to get shipped
I don't think the CEO likes people...
Overall, it felt weird and like we were playing at being a tech company while marketing brought in all the value. There were a lot people who left suddenly, either on their own or even entire departments getting shut down (or forced to quit). Many people seemed to leave just to leave vs because they found something else.
