Over 20 years of my experience this is the best company! Do not believe the bad reviews - people blame others for their mistakes. Videon is a great company that has contributed a great deal to the industry for 22 years and continues to make history together with industry giants like Amazon, Lufthansa and others. Excellent surroundings, well-thought-out production culture, reasonable compensation and great flexibility. Videon is the best combination that can be taken from a startup and a large corporation: On the one hand, it is a reliable company that fulfills its promises and achieves its goals, and on the other hand, it is a big family where mutual understanding and assistance prevails. Your achievements will be noticed and rewarded. The team will always help if you need. You can ask any question to CEO or management and get a thoughtful answer at any time. The management never asked to stay after work, but sometimes I did it just because I wanted to. Sometimes I returned home after midnight with a smile and was overfilled with a sense of a great job done.

You can take a too great interest in job, it can lead to professional temporary burnout, but this is not a company problem - just do not forget to rest :)
