      - 4 month internship was extended - Work is very relaxed, little to no targets and no pressure - Free lunch on Fridays, office in town, nice colleagues, interesting projects

      Cons

      Salary is poor for full time, especially in Dublin, no Christmas bonus offered in the second year either

      People are incredible. So many small benefits and hybrid working. Extremely understanding and helpful coworkers.
