      Vidacare is an excellent place to work! People are kind and welcoming, everyone fosters the entrepreneurial spirit that makes this a great start up. It's a fun place to work with a ton of opportunity for visibility and exposure throughout the industry.

      great product, awesome money, management at regional level is very good at shielding reps from craziness at corporate level

      training department is lacking, irrational and disorganized
