First, management is rude and unprofessional. Second, the contract is unstable; you can be hired and, after just 7 months, suddenly told that your contract will not be renewed. Contracts are short-term (3, 6, or 9 months), and at any time, they can decide not to sign a new one. Third, there are no benefits at all – you only receive your salary. No profit sharing, no bonuses, nothing extra. You will not receive any constructive feedback. The only thing you might hear is that you are “clever and perfect,” but they “don’t have the budget to pay your salary,” even though it’s not high compared to the market.

Trust me, their are no advantages in this place
