Pros

Experience in many areas. Sales, customer service .. etc There really aren’t any unfortunately. Company needs to take note of these terrible reviews.

Cons

Overall awful place to work. The management is hired based on favoritism and to keep the company “diverse”. Managers can’t form complete sentences to give direction.. also takes it upon themselves to make themselves at home literally in the office..... upper management NEEDS to pay closer attention to what goes on in he stores. The pressure to sell and make unrealistic goals is unimaginable when the compensation is horrid. The work-life balance is non-existent considering you will be there every single weekend and if you god forbid need a day off for an important event or emergency you will get guilt tripped how you’re not a reliable associate. Be prepared to receive an imaginable about of texts and calls during off hours if you are part of management. Store manager twists her only stories to try to make herself sound smart which is a long shot. Borderline harassed and abusive store manager with absolutely not brain and the most unprofessional manager I’ve ever can across in my life. No communication skills. I wouldn’t recommend this brand at any level.

Pros

Have met some amazing coworkers. Brand itself is fun.

Cons

Sudden Return to Work mandate 3 days in NY or OH SIX years after COVID. Any current employees outside of those states are being let go if they don’t uproot their lives and relocate. Many employees in those states built their lives around what seemed to be a permanent remote flexibility arrangement (most companies went back in 23). When Hillary Super came on she even stated in one of her first Q&A’s on remote work that where people do their jobs wasn’t a big concern for her as long as we continued to drive the business forward. The business is doing the best it ever has in the last five years. Leadership reasoning for mandate is continuing to fall flat. Mandate came absolutely out of NOWHERE.
