Pros

Microsoft Silver Partner, Infocomm Diamond level A/V Solutions Provider, Preferred Partner in the Dell Partner Direct Program, DCJS. They install and service most anything in the Audio/Video, Voice/Data and Security fields. Provides industry training to employees in all fields.

Cons

Small “mom and pop” company, run by several family members and small inner circle of long time employees. President talks of all company as a “family” but fails to treat outside of his actual family with respect. Micro management from president and vice-president is overbearing. Human Resource department falls short, with no understanding of position. Employee pay is way below industry standard. Policies and Procedures constantly change, are confusing, and are only enforced when it suits upper management. Not all employees are treated the same.

Pros

Good training. Good commissions for sales. ESOP so when it eventually gets sold you'll get a good payout. Hybrid work options. Good work parties. Great health benefits.

Cons

Extremely top down decision making. Disregard for employee health and well being. Failure to properly disclose leaked personal information from a cyber attack. Very corporate feeling despite being less than 100 employees. Employee feedback isn't taken seriously. Spent millions of office renovations and complained about profit margins, then tightened the noose. Many times had to cite the FLSA because of malpractice. Petty responses to issues being brought up. Disregard for work life balance. Underpays. Litigates against employees that've left the company. Shady tactics behind closed doors towards customers. Has many times attempted to force injured employees to work to get out of workers compensation claims.
