Pros

Health insurance, 401k, a pay check, WFH days. All things you can 100% get at any other company and another company will actually care about your well being even a little bit.

Cons

DO NOT accept a job offer here and stay away from this toxic workplace. You will regret it after the first few weeks. It’s not worth it to lower your life expectancy for this “company”. If you don’t suffer from mental health issues, Vickers will do that to you. Way below average pay for triple the work. You will experience burnout and when you express the reasoning behind your unhappiness, no one will take action and make no changes because they don’t care about you if you’re not in management. Absolutely no work life balance and are expected to work 50-60 hours for no incentives. No room for career growth if you’re not a favorite. They give the favorites promotions and trip opportunities over the people with way more experience and that are more deserving. Upper management leads you on to think you will get a bonus or a raise and then they make an excuse as to why they couldn’t EVERY TIME that time comes. Always understaffed because of the high turnover rate, so be ready to pick up extra work on top of your own deadlines that won’t be extended when people quit back to back. Projects are not managed well at all so you will be pulling all nighters. Only reason Vickers has staff is because you get insurance and a paycheck from them. Don’t waste your time here. 13 people have already quit this year within 6 months including ALL of the team leads. The person that has been there the longest is the CFO and she has only been there 5 years. Most people leave before their two year anniversary, because they can’t take the frustrations anymore. The CEO and fake Human Resources (CFO) are only worried about themselves and taking on more projects to make more money while the staff is drowning. CEO, CFO and all of upper management except Bryan are extremely passive aggressive, fake, and on the defense, because they don’t know how to communicate like human beings. They will never treat you or pay you even close to what you deserve, so please do yourself a favor and stay away from this extremely toxic workplace.

Pros

They have a few cool projects

Cons

No work/life balance. They have events for employees but it's all for social media. They dont actually care about the happiness of the employees. A lot of turn over. People leaving in the middle of a project, including team leaders, because they've just had enough.
