Pros
My review is from a completely different POV. In all my years of experience, I have always been that one in the room listening to management make the decisions regarding employee wellbeing, welfare budgets, recruitment and retention funds & allocations etc. I can confidently say that I have never seen an employer that genuinely cares about the employees satisfation as much as Vicarius does.
Decisions are always fair and in a marco view of the global company, not just a specific region. Discussions are always open and welcoming, ideas are always thought thru regardless of your title or tenure at the company - everyone is truly equal (from the junior engineer all the way up to the CEO). I feel fortunate working here!
Cons
It is a remote-first company. While it has it's benefits, it also means you have to be available to your global team (the TLV team works Sun-Thu, while the rest of the world works Mon-Fri). You have locations in around the globe and need to sometime accommodate late meetings with APAC, EMEA or LATAM regions.
