People from other teams from legacy pfizer including experienced leaders "retired" or "retiring". Morale of remaining good staff is low. Senior Legacy mylan leaders mostly staff who worked in company 20 30 years and not receptive to orher practices or ideas, only they are right. Restructuring ongoing and businesses and operations moving to legacy mylan teams. Less ideal decisions made on organisation, businesses and ways of working by board of directors and senior leadership.
