      A job is a Job

      The cons are a bit hard for me. I came over from Pfizer as part of a corporate sale, so I didn't choose to work here. BUt some observations *Bottom line is the driver. This is not a biotech company, it is a manufacturing company that happens to make pharmaceuticals *They took away Long term stock for employees below Director Level *The legacy pfizer leaders are still good, but the plans, principles, and upper level people from Legacy Mylan leave tons to be desired

      Flexibility of working time Unlimited personal days Get to travel around the world Compensation & benefits

      Cons

      Generally more than a 40 hour week. Working globally, you could be up as early as 5:00 am for calls and as late as 11:00 pm at night or 1:00 in the morning. Working remotely in a global role can sometimes be exhausting as you’re generally in meeting (video calls) during core business hours and having to get work done around the calls.
