Laid back, relaxed atmosphere. Co-workers get along well and you can help people. Management is flexible with your schedules and they try to make you as comfortable as they can.
Cons
Little chance for advancement. The nature of the work is unpredictable. You can only assist people with existing resources. Must deal with many mentally unstable and suicidal people as well, which can be draining.
