Dishonest management that excels at finding workers and clients to blame their failures. They'll fire you after telling you the day before how great you are doing. It is a very small company without realistic direction that wants to believe they are bigger than they are. Employees and middle management are rewarded for being master manipulators that tattle and gossip to make others look bad. Constant turnover because of unrealistic goals where management compares you to the few who have been given top tier accounts and do no prospecting. No support from SDR or Marketing team but these individuals will be rewarded because they constantly inform and complain about sales reps. It is not a mentally rewarding position as you cannot trust your coworkers and you are not helping your clients.
