      Pros

      The CEO is very passionate and loves her work. Her energy really motivates the company. Over all a very chill crowd to work with in my experience.

      Cons

      Standard DoD contract work, which can be dull and some people may not be passionate about the work. Since it is contract work you're really locked into your position until another contract comes around that might offer a bump in your salary and junior/senior status.

      I have never worked with any organization before that took better care of its employees. Generous leave policies, great benefits, and the willingness of the executive suite to make life better for their employees has made this one of the most rewarding jobs I've ever worked. Great emphasis is placed on a healthy work/life balance, taking care of yourself and your family, and ensuring that you are always 100% ready to take on the customers needs.
