      Pros

      Vestis is a very solid company. When the American economy is down this company does it's best to keep it's employees and it is usually hiring while other companies are laying employee's off. The sale position is a pay for performance role so the more disciplined you are the more money you can make. Commission is good and quarterly bonus is great when you qualify!

      Cons

      Needs to invest more money in itself and be the first to come to market with new items, processes, systems, and sales tools.

      Weekly pay, hybrid work environment

      Cons

      Management is out of touch with requirements of job. Company continues to cut positions and ask more of employees that are left. I am now doing the job of multiple people from multiple departments (and companies!) with no change in compensation or adjustment of expectation of completed duties. In eight years I don't know that I've ever had a real merit based pay increase. Avoid.
