Never paid me commission or bonus they owed me for closed deals after being laid off (not performance based), management only went in the field with me twice during my entire tenure and if they participated more we could have closed more deals, you have to "figure it out" on your own, they will sell you a lot of promises that turn out to be lies, management hardly does anything except collect checks from those who actually put the work, some reps shared territories while others did not leading to shadiness and lack of accountability, 300 cold calls a week as an expectation, Management acted shady when presented with ethical dilemmas
