Trust everyone when they say Stay Far Away... Heed the previous reviews and stay away - Sales Vessel Medical Employee Review

The company has a very strong mission and they stick by it no matter what. Even though I ended up leaving the company for personal reasons I still have a lot of respect for management and the way they run things here. They’re very much “by the book” and they never make a decision that doesn’t align with the company’s values. It’s a good, honest place to work.

There isn’t a lot of opportunity to work your way up.

I’ve never been more trusted in my role than I am here. At my last job my manager was constantly breathing down my neck, sending emails, and coming by just to “check how things are going.” It was awful. I lived in a constant state of anxiety. Here, I’m told what needs to get done and when it needs to get done by and then left alone to do it. It’s much less stressful and 100% my preference.

On the flip side of that, when you DO need them, they’re not the most approachable. I don’t feel entirely comfortable expressing myself to senior management and giving valuable feedback about things I’ve noticed that could be improved.
