Dave Trond (CEO) is a bully and sets the tone from the top down. He abuses the staff by yelling at them and threatening them. There's no effort to bring the company into the 21st century, there are still paper processes. No business systems in place, this place is disorganized and toxic both figuratively and literally. Don't breathe the air in there, it's not safe. Every decision goes through Dave, and don't dare disagree with him otherwise he'll flip out. Don't fall for his charisma, he's charming at first, but he's a racist POS.

Because 90% of their employees are immigrants and their accustomed to abusing them verbally and otherwise and therefore they treat everybody else horribly because is the way they are custom treating employees, verbally the grading them and screaming at them. As a company they have no working system, most of their supervisors have no training whatsoever and don't know how to treat other people.
