Pros

Great colleagues, nice bosses, happy workplace where everyone works hard as a team to meet customers needs and expectations. There are challenging moments but with good team work and good support and recognition from management - all is definitely worth it ! Management welcomes and listens to feedbacks from staff from the right channels. Good work environment and also positive culture from top down. As a fresh grad, I am truly grateful that Verztec gave me a chance to join them and to learn. My supervisor is also very patient and nice towards me. She praised me when I did well for one of the quizzes I had to do for my probation end and often lend a hand to me to help when I am in doubts. Good colleagues and definitely a lot of happy memorable moments. I have been learning a lot and look forward to new challenges - especially in helping customers solve more projects and to ultimately help win more customers.

Cons

Perhaps more examples on colleagues who have done well in serving customers and case studies can be talk about so that staff team can learn from others through role modeling and to help encourage each other. Customer expectations may be high and at various stages of project - teams may be required to be problem solvers, stay back a little late some times to meet deadlines.

Pros

-Very nice coworkers -Central office location (Rochor area) with many lunch options -Good for fresh grads to gain experience with a range of clients and industries. You will be given many opportunities and pushed to perform.

Cons

-Need to juggle many projects at a time with short turnaround times. You need to be on the ball at all times or you will have to OT to keep up and be stressed out -Management just encourages you to work harder / manage your time more efficiently when projects get messy or you struggle with the workload. Only your coworkers will try to help you but they also have their own struggles -Low pay. They seem to prefer hiring fresh grads so they can lowball the pay offer. However, benefits are ok (14 days AL, medical insurance for GP visits, etc.) -Taking too much MC is frowned upon by management.
