Pros
Nice and helpful colleagues. Steep learning curve (in the beginning) because we have to do everything on our own, whether we are trained in that aspect or not.
Cons
Management. The management does not sincerely appreciate your hard work, even though they think they do, just by giving out "best employee" award bi-monthly and yearly. When you work overtime, you will be penalised than being appreciated, because the fact that you can claim your overtime hours - they think you are doing it on purpose to earn that extra money instead, and also that you are incompetent than because there are actually too much work. When something bad happens, they blame the employees instead of thinking of ways to resolve it together. Company culture is bad. Too many atrocious rules and regulations are introduced, not sure if we are being treated as a working adult or student. Claims to be very flexible, but in fact very calculative. Not much career advancement. Nothing much to learn after awhile.
